ForgeSource Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the ForgeSource Sourcing website and the procurement brief you submit through it. They do not create a construction contract, a supply contract, or an agency to buy a named brand.
The service
ForgeSource Sourcing is an independent sourcing service. It helps a business buyer describe modular buildings, portable buildings, flat-pack container houses, and related steel structures so factories can be asked for quotations. It is not pac van and is not affiliated with pac van.
Catalog names are inquiry options. They are not a statement of stock, a reserved production slot, or a commitment that a particular plant will answer.
Your brief
You are responsible for the accuracy of the use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, timing, and scope you send. If a figure is unknown, mark it unknown. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer notes. A preference is not a verified rating of any factory.
Do not submit personal data about children, payment card numbers, or credentials for another company’s portal. The form is for a business procurement conversation.
Quotations and documents
Prices, lead times, drawings, and certificates come from the supplier that issues them. They apply only to the system, plant, and project jurisdiction stated in that reply. A mention of IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472, or ISO 9001 on this website is a reminder to ask for the applicable document. It is not a claim that ForgeSource Sourcing holds that credential.
Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions on this website explain comparison boundaries. They do not fix the commercial terms of any future order. Freight, taxes, duties, foundation, installation, and utilities must be confirmed in the quotation you accept.
No professional appointment
Nothing on this site is structural engineering, architecture, code review, or legal advice. You and the licensed professionals you appoint decide whether an alternative is acceptable. Site safety, permits, and insurance remain your responsibility unless a written contract with a named party says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form to impersonate another buyer, to scrape the site, or to present ForgeSource Sourcing as the referenced brand. We may decline a brief that is incomplete, unlawful, or outside portable buildings and steel structures.
Liability limit
The website is provided as an inquiry channel. To the extent the law allows, ForgeSource Sourcing is not liable for a supplier’s late reply, a rejected permit, or a difference between a photograph and a later shop drawing. Those limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. The version you see when you submit a brief applies to that submission. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page with the subject line set inside the requirement field.
