ForgeSource Sourcing Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ForgeSource Sourcing handles business contact details and project information that you choose to send so factories can be asked about alternative buildings. It is separate from the terms of service.

Who we are

ForgeSource Sourcing is an independent sourcing service for US business buyers comparing portable buildings and steel structures. This policy covers the inquiry form on this website. It does not cover a third-party brand’s own payment page or rental counter.

What you may send

The form asks for a name, work email, phone, company, and a procurement requirement. You may also add a product interest, a target budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those extra notes are buyer inputs. Please omit government identifiers, payment card data, and information about private individuals who are not part of the buying team.

Why it is used

We use the brief to understand the building use, quantity, destination, timing, and scope, and to ask relevant factories for quotations or clarifying questions. We use the work email and phone to reply. We do not sell the brief as a marketing list.

Who else may see it

A supplier needs the technical content of the brief in order to answer. We share the project information required for that question, and the contact path needed for a reply. We do not publish your brief on the website. Hosting and mail providers process the submission only to deliver the service.

How long it is kept

Inquiry records are kept while the comparison is active and for a limited period afterward so we can answer a follow-up about the same project. You may ask us to delete a brief that is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain for accounting or a dispute.

Cookies and the support notice

The sourcing-support notice stores a first-shown time in local storage and a session flag if you close the ticker. That storage is used only to respect the display window and your close action. It is not a profile of your project.

International readers

The site is written for business buyers in the United States. If you write from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or in the location of a supplier you ask us to contact.

Contact about privacy

Use the contact form and put “Privacy request” at the start of the requirement field, together with the work email you used on the original brief. We will use that email to respond. This page may be updated by posting a new version with the date of the change described in the opening paragraph of the revision.
